Objective of job
Provide field support on particularirregularities in regional dealership workshop.
Ensures central technical department inMBCL is getting feedback about field experience of new cars and systems toavoid further customer complaints.
Provide precise technical conclusion ofcustomer complaint for regional CRM team or central CRM team.Provide precisetechnical conclusion for Warranty department to processing warranty claim.
Monitor compliance with guidelines forrepair processes and operation of equipment issued by MBCL/DAG, advice on useof information sources.
Conduct update technical informationsessions, provide on-the-job training.Prepare and conduct yearly regionaltechnical –exchange meeting.
Monitor the processing of servicemeasures/recall campaign.
Assist to DAG technical experts to conductmentor program in the region.
Provide technical support for the eventsconducted by MBCL marketing /PR department.
Handle the administration and logistics ofall aftersales IT systems including Star Diagnosis, EPC/WIS/ASRA/DAS/Xentry andlicence keys for the Region.Qualification required
Minimum 4 years of workshop operationexperience (preferably MB).Specific knowledge:
Fluent in English, Mandarin;
Computer literate with MS Excel, Word,Access and PowerPoint, e-mail and web.
Shows an inner independence, forms his ownopinion and is a ble and willing to make decisions;
Can analyze complex problemscomprehensively and develop independently individual strategies;
Knows the basics of problem solving and canexplain complex issues in a concrete way, also by phone;
Can operate all current equipments andsystems;
Excellent knowledge of current product andsystem design stages, current main topics and corresponding corrective actions;
Shows great willingness and has thepotential to learn；
