•Prepare and deliver plans for TPMimplementation.
•Responsible fordeveloping and monitoring TPM programs, tracking data, and preparing relatedreports.
•Facilitate teamsin driving for continuous improvement for safety, quality, productivity andcustomer service.
•Ensure that TPMstandards for cleaning, inspection, and lubrication and documentation ofequipment performance and abnormalities are maintained. Perform routine auditsto inspect equipment and production areas to verify status of TPM activitiesand identify opportunities for improvement.
•Create a systemto ensure that the proper standard checks are done on the proper frequenciesand that people are held accountable. Work with all departments to plan andschedule TPM activities to include training, audits, meetings, board reviews,case studies, etc.
•Rigorously trackall activities to include schedules, timelines, projects, benefits, etc. Insurethe intent of each step is mastered before the line/department moves to thenext step.
•Market and promoteTPM with the focus on pillar methodology. Train teammates on the establishedsteps and coach individuals, teams, and departments regarding steps and act asthe primary resource to all departments.
•Lead andreinforce TPM related discussions with hourly and management teammates tofacilitate and promote change as a necessary element of business. Serve as anactive member of functional teams within the plant that support safety,quality, employee involvement and performance.
•Perform otherduties as assigned.
•This positionalso supports manufacturing management in developing and maintaining aneffective AM pillar. Ability to work all shifts that may be required to providetraining and support of TPM activities
